Their Chardonnay project is a collaboration with none other than the legendary Burgundian wine maker, Jean-Marc Roulot.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2025 Chardonnay comes from mature vines growing on the ancient alluvial soils of the Río Negro Valley. Picking is deliberately early and malolactic fermentation is avoided, while maturation takes place across French oak, concrete and stainless steel. The result is a wine with impressive depth, but very little sense of winemaking getting in the way.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLemon and green apple lead into pear, white flowers and a subtle nutty note, with a wonderfully savory, almost salty quality emerging through the palate. There’s texture without heaviness and a bright line of acidity that keeps everything moving through a long, focused finish. Serious Chardonnay, and one that should be fascinating with a little bottle age.
