For 2024, Pinot Noir provides the backbone, with a generous helping of Trousseau and just a splash of Poulsard. The fruit comes from Montigny-lès-Arsures and the wine is matured in older barrels, keeping oak firmly in the background.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLight on its feet but certainly not short on personality, this is all about red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, with floral notes, dried herbs and a little savory spice appearing as it opens.
