The vines grow on the sandy soils of Les Briguières, and the wine is made with whole bunches before spending eight months in large, seasoned wooden vats. There's plenty of Southern Rhône warmth, but the texture is surprisingly graceful, with supple tannins and freshness carrying the fruit through the finish.
