The 2023 vintage enjoyed a warmer, more generous growing season than 2021, producing wines with appealing fruit concentration and an approachable character. Chézeaux's traditional winemaking style allows that ripeness to shine while preserving the freshness and earthy complexity that make the Côte de Nuits so compelling.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRipe red cherry, raspberry and dark plum mingle with violet, gentle spice and a hint of forest floor. The palate is supple and inviting, with fine tannins providing just enough grip and a lively acidity keeping the fruit in focus. There's a subtle mineral quality and a savoury edge to the lingering finish. Delicious with roast duck, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto or a classic boeuf bourguignon.
