Turkey is a subtle meat with very little fat, so you'll want a wine that brings out the subtle flavor of turkey meat, with low tannins (if you're after a red), and enough acidity to complement and cut-though the smorgasbord of the flavors of all the sides.
Top Tips: Chardonnay (lightly oaked), Chenin Blanc & Riesling, Pinot Noir & Gamay.
