AGE

For any order containing alcohol, you are confirming that the person who accepts the delivery, or who picks up in-store, is at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This person must be able to show a valid government-issued ID to prove their age to our driver, or to our staff in-store. If they are unable to do so we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel the purchase where a refund fee of 6% will be applied to cover credit card fees (see order cancellation policy below).

STORE PICKUP

You can order online for pickup at our Palm Springs store free of charge. Orders placed at least 30 minutes before our closing time will generally be available for pick-up that same day before we close. After this cutoff, the order will be available for pick up on our next open business day. If you have any questions please call us.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During business hours, we are pleased to offer local delivery of our entire selection across the Coachella Valley. Due to the distances involved, we offer free delivery over certain spend thresholds depending on your ZIP code. Any applicable fees will automictically be calculated at check out. For any area not listed below, please contact us by phone if interested in delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any delivery orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you order will be fully refunded to your form of payment, and we will communicate directly with you.

Delivery is not available on days when North Palm Canyon Drive around the store location is closed, days when the store is closed for business, outside of business hours, or when events in the valley hinder our ability to deliver efficiently.

For orders received before 2pm, we will endeavor to deliver same day by 5pm, unless agreed otherwise. Orders received by 4pm we will endeavor to deliver same day by 7pm, unless agreed otherwise. 

If a specific delivery time is required please contact us by phone to arrange. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.

  • To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
  • For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
  • If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
  • Any returns are at the customer’s expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If due to changes of circumstances you need to cancel an order that has already been paid for, but that has not been picked up or delivered (i.e. the products ordered have remained in the control of the Perry's team at all times), at our discretion, we may offer a refund with a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card charges.
