Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
For six generations, the Péters family has crafted some of the Côte des Blancs’ most iconic Champagnes. Their crown jewel is Les Chétillons — a single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs from three old parcels in the heart of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. First bottled in 1971, it has become one of Champagne’s benchmarks for precision and terroir expression.
The 2017 vintage was vinified in stainless steel to preserve purity, then aged extensively on its lees before disgorgement in 2024. With only a touch of dosage, the wine delivers clarity, mineral drive, and age-worthy structure while letting the chalky Mesnil soils speak.
The aromas are elegant and pure: citrus zest, orchard fruit, almond, and white flowers, with a saline edge. On the palate, it’s taut and finely etched — green apple, lemon peel, and chalk layered over a delicate mousse. The finish is long, mineral, and mouthwatering, a true reflection of its fabled terroir. Serve with oysters, shellfish, or simply savor it on its own for a moment of quiet luxury.
