Fermented with native yeasts and a proportion of whole clusters, then aged in French oak (around 20% new), the wine achieves both tension and suppleness. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and rose petal mingle with notes of spice, forest floor, and a touch of savory earth. The palate is silky yet structured — pure fruit framed by fine tannins and bright acidity, finishing long and mineral.
