So much history behind this wine!
The family has been making wine since 1362 (yep, you read that right - more than 650 years of experience and tradition). This sparkling version of the Piedmontese classic grape Nebbiolo tastes truly amazing, with unexpected body and flavor. The wine spends five years on the lees - the old yeast cells that convert sugar to alcohol - which adds a creamy consistency and fuller mouthfeel.
Truly a luxurious experience, this wine is rich yet fresh, reminding us almost of a peachy-strawberry creamsicle with a beautiful bubbly finish. Enjoy with food! Pâté, oysters, soft, rich cheeses; fat and flavor is this wine's best friend.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
