Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
In a region celebrated for sparkle, Bérêche & Fils turn back time — crafting a still white Champagne under the appellation Coteaux Champenois. Their 2022 Blanc channels the terroir’s chalk and sea-air minerality, delivering a wine that speaks of place, clarity and restraint rather than sparkle or excess.
The grapes are pressed gently, fermented with care, and guided toward freshness and tension rather than opulence. The result is Chardonnay shaped by soil and slope, with definition and openness that feel rare in this area.
On the nose you’ll detect bright lemon-zest, crushed seashell and a delicate floral top-note. The palate brings brisk citrus, green apple skin, and a crystalline mineral seam that carries through to a saline, lingering finish. It’s a still wine that offers the clarity of Champagne’s soils and the immediacy of a fine white Burgundy — lively, refined and handsome.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
