This is a field blend in the truest sense — varieties growing side by side, harvested together, and fermented as one — a style that captures both the vineyard’s complexity and the winemaker’s restraint.

Fermented naturally and aged on fine lees in stainless steel, the wine is bright and textured, with a clear mineral spine. Aromas of green apple, white peach, and wild herbs open the glass, followed by subtle notes of citrus blossom and crushed stone. The palate is crisp yet layered — juicy orchard fruit framed by saline minerality and a hint of spice, finishing long and mouthwatering.
