From Maxime Graillot’s quietly meticulous domaine comes a white Crozes that hums with restraint and balance. The 2022 vintage carries the warmth of the southern Rhône but speaks in a northern accent — all light, lift, and stone.
Fermented slowly and aged with a gentle hand, it’s a wine that finds texture without weight. The nose opens with white peach, lemon peel, and almond blossom; the palate glides between ripe orchard fruit, fresh herbs, and a saline mineral edge that gives shape to its roundness. A whisper of honey lingers, anchored by that typical Graillot clarity — fruit and soil in perfect proportion.
