There is perhaps no better match for a dozen oysters than minerally Sancerre from one of the best producers in the region. Hippolyte Reverdy's family has been making wine in the charming village of Verdigny, a commune of Sancerre in the eastern Loire, for many generations, as far back as 1600.
We always buy every case of this release we can get both in Palm Springs and P'town. It's always a cut above classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, with bright acidity, smoke, citrus, grassiness and a zesty, mineral finish. Fabulous.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
