Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
At the heart of Chablis, Virginie Moreau tends her family’s vineyards with a quiet reverence for site and expression. The “Les Beauregards” bottling — now in only its second vintage — draws fruit from a distinct parcel whose slope, exposure and soils converge to yield a Chardonnay of precision and personality.
Grapes are pressed gently and brought to tank for fermentation with native yeasts. Minimal intervention and almost no new oak allow the vineyard’s character to dominate: lean, mineral, and quietly profound.
In the glass the wine opens with aromas of white peach, lime zest and crushed seashell. The palate is taut and layered — orchard fruit rides a chalky spine of minerality and cool saline breeze, finishing long and pristine. A Chardonnay built for clarity and calm, this is Chablis of immediacy and subtle promise.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
