A fabulous white from a lesser-known appellation from this legendary icon of Burgundy!
Fermented and aged in a thoughtful mix of new and seasoned French oak, with élevage designed to support—not overshadow—the character of the vineyard. A wine of quiet intensity. Citrus peel, green apple, and white flowers lead into a finely etched palate, where bright acidity carries through a distinctly mineral core. There’s a subtle creaminess from oak, but the focus remains on purity and lift. Ideal with simply prepared seafood, roast chicken, or anything that lets the wine’s precision shine.
