Domaine Roulot’s Bourgogne Blanc is the 'entry point' into this truly legendary estate, an incredibly snapshot of Burgundian expertise that still carries the estate’s hallmark precision and minerality. It’s Chardonnay that feels lifted rather than heavy, driven by soil energy and a crisp, fine-boned structure.
The nose opens with white orchard fruit, lemon zest, and just a hint of chalk dust. On the palate, gently ripe pear and citrus mingle with subtle herbal lift, carried by a bright spine of acidity and a whisper of mineral tension. The texture is poised and clean — smooth without softness — leading into a finish that feels focused, dry, and persistent.
