Fosforo is unusually a Mezcal brand made in the state of Puebla in East-Central Mexico.
The newest expression from Fosforo is a spectacular blend of Espadilla and Tobalá. On the nose, you'll encounter inviting notes of bright citrus, white flowers, and early springtime aromatics. A cultivar cousin of the ever-popular Espadin plant, the Espadilla is native to Puebla and provides a more complex and fruit-forward backbone for this Ensamble.
