The Hearach Of Château Biac single malt whisky is a highly limited bottling of their single malt Scotch, fully matured in rare ex-dessert wine casks from fabulous Château Biac in Bordeaux. This incredibly rare edition is made from the blending from 5 single casks, 3 from 2018 and 2 from 2019.
This is an amazing drop! On the nose there are delicate aromas of honeyed citrus, vanilla, and toasted oak, intertwined with subtle maritime notes and a whisper of brine. On the palate silky texture reveals layers of ripe stone fruits, dark chocolate, and warming spices, complemented by a hint of light smoke and caramel sweetness. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of dried fruits and gentle oak, leaving a thoroughly satisfying warmth and complexity.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
