Verdicchio has long been one of central Italy's great white grapes, prized for its bright acidity and mineral character. Here, La Staffa gives it a playful twist with a naturally sparkling pét-nat, creating a wine that is lively, textured, and bursting with citrus and orchard fruit. It's a fresh take on an ancient variety, and a perfect introduction to Italy's more adventurous side.
