The Fourth Act is Marchelle's ode to Pinot Noir, an expressive dialogue between vineyard, vintage, and voice. Guided by instinct and native fermentation, winemakers Greg La Follette and Evan Damiano coax out a wine of precision and poise. Dark-fruited and textural, this Carneros expression speaks in whispers and reveals in layers.
Full of aromatics of black cherry, violet, forest floor, this opens on the palate into silky red fruit, baking spice, wild herbs. Long, elegant, and quietly powerful.
