Pinhook was created with a unique question; what if instead of aiming to replicate the same exact product year after year, we embraced each barrel's natural variations to craft a unique whiskey every time, taking inspiration from how winemakers create annual vintages? Founded in 2011 by three friends, Pinhook started with a shared vision to bring a fresh take to bourbon. Driven by curiosity, they set out to tease the best qualities out of every barrel they would encounter, and build a whiskey around the results.
Their Bourbon Vertical Series provides a unique opportunity to explore the true impact of age on a whiskey— as they follow and bottle a group of 1,350 barrels as they age from 4 to 16 years to experience the arc of flavors throughout the 13-year journey.
With the 10-Year expression, the brand draws on a carefully selected group of just 75 barrels, matured in Kentucky’s unique climate, to deliver a bourbon of depth, focus and evolving character. Aromas of burnt orange, toasted brioche and warm spice meet rich notes of candied pecan and salted caramel. The palate is layered but linear — brandied cherry, dark vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of smoke lead into a well-measured finish that lingers. This is a bourbon to sip, reflect on, and savour.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
