Under the care of Master Distiller Carlos Camarena, every step honors heritage: agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed by tahona, and distilled to proof — never diluted. The Añejo captures this authenticity with quiet depth and refined complexity.
After distillation, the spirit rests in ex-bourbon barrels for up to three years, allowing time and wood to work their gentle magic. The result is a tequila that balances caramel richness with highland vibrancy — a sipping spirit with soul and structure.
On the nose, warm aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and oak mingle with hints of cinnamon and dried fruit. - For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
