Fermented with native yeasts and aged on fine lees, the wine balances Burgenland’s warmth with precision and lift. Aromas of black cherry, wild herbs, and crushed stone give way to subtle notes of violet and spice. The palate is focused and elegant — ripe fruit framed by taut acidity and mineral grip, finishing long and pure with a chalky edge.
