Developed by Thompson Willett in the 1960’s, this legend lives on with a retro look and timeless rye forward flavor. Produced in limited quantities to ensure the quality of the old family tradition. If you add a little water to this bourbon, the nose has some distinctive similarities to a great single malt with wonderful woody and smoky notes.
On the nose find pine trees, campfire smoke, charcoal, melting into a palate of smoke, deep forest, wood, candied pecans, musty, orange. On the Finish, pepper, spice, mint, a blend of forest and cedar wood
