From the legendary Vega Sicilia family’s Tokaj estate, Mandolás is a modern expression of Hungary’s signature white grape — dry, focused, and effortlessly sophisticated. The 2022 vintage carries the same quiet intensity that defines all Oremus wines: depth framed by precision, with a mineral core that speaks of volcanic soil and sunlight.

Fermented in stainless steel and aged partly in oak barrels, the wine finds perfect balance between freshness and texture. Aromas of green apple, quince, and lemon peel meet subtle notes of almond and wet stone. The palate is bright and layered — crisp fruit supported by chalky minerality and a fine thread of acidity that carries through to a long, graceful finish.
