Immortal Estate’s Sonoma Cabernet is a wine rooted in California sunshine — generous, polished, and shaped with composure. It’s built to balance the fruit-forward generosity of Napa-style Cabernets with Sonoma’s cooler-climate freshness.
Fermented in small lots and aged in French oak with restraint, the wine leans toward refinement rather than excess. On the nose: deep black cherry, cassis, and blackberry, overlaid with cedar, graphite, and a hint of herbaceous sage. The palate is rich yet structured — dark fruit folded into smooth tannins, a spine of fresh acidity, and a finish that closes with gentle mineral and spice tones.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
