A Santa Barbara take on the legendary wines of Chablis!
Barrel Fermented and aged in entirely neutral French oak for 9 months, the wine is finished in stainless steel tank, showing great tension, mouthfeel, and focus. Notes of lemon, oyster-shell, and river rocks on both the nose and palate. This wine will continue to soften with age, but for those looking for an austere style of Chardonnay this will certainly not disappoint.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
