Absolutely watermelon with a sweet earthiness and a beautiful crispy but rounded mouthfeel. It would pair great with toast and burrata, BLTs, pancakes, or pretty much any summer meal with good company. This wine has a smooth, dry finish that leaves your palette craving something sweet like a handful of berries
