Grapes: 50% Riesling, 30% Gewürztraminer, 12% Early Muscat, 5% Pinot Blanc, 3% Sauvignon Blanc
2023 Big Salt is dry, aromatic and zippy. Lemon peel, mandarin and pineapple leap out
of the glass. An earlier than expected harvest gave the palate a lightness at just 12.5%
ABV. In it’s youth, Big Salt continues to be Muscat forward, but we find as it ages into
summer that Gewurz comes to the forefront, while oceanic citrusy Riesling shines after a
year in the bottle. Not that anyone is aging Big Salt, but you’ll be rewarded if you do!

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
