Over the last decade the unique soils and extreme conditions of the West Sonoma Coast created a new obsession for Jayson to create site specific vineyard driven wines from this special place in California.
An intertwining of Sonoma coastal notes featuring lemon drop candy and lemon verbena are supported by a subtle oak frame that is almost perfume like and very come hither. Brimming with lime blossom, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, toasted almond, and freshly baked croissants. The palate gives way to tangerine cream, sun-kissed orchard fruits,
and rich mineral density.
