Evoking the sun-warmed terraces of eastern Sicily, Rossa Amara translates fruit and place into a spirit of vibrant nuance. The brilliant red-hued peels of tarocco oranges—grown amid volcanic soils and harvested in the crisp hills above Catania—are infused slowly with citrus oils and rich herbal companions, producing a liqueur that offsets sweetness with aromatic depth.
On the nose: vivid red-orange zest, bergamot peel and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.
