The 2023 vintage was fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak, a method that preserves both clarity and texture. No new oak is used, and the wine rests patiently on its lees before bottling — a slow, deliberate process that builds dimension without losing tension.

In the glass, this opens with layers of citrus oil, white peach, and crushed seashell. The palate is powerful yet precise, balancing ripe orchard fruit with a streak of saline minerality and a hint of hazelnut cream. The finish is long, chalky, and endlessly refined.
