From one of our favorite Burgundy producers comes this 2022 vintage from one of his very best vineyards.
In the 2021 vintage, the wine is characterized by a bright acidity balanced with richness, reflecting the terroir of the Genevrières vineyard, which is known for its limestone-rich soils and optimal exposure to sunlight. Aromas include notes of stone fruits like peach and apricot, complemented by floral accents and hints of minerality. On the palate, it exhibits a creamy texture with layers of complexity, including nuances of citrus, subtle oak, and an enduring finish.
Truly world-class, this will reward years of cellaring.
