“I Ronchetti” is Marco Bonfante’s refined expression of Gavi — a white wine that captures the elegance and mineral clarity for which this corner of Piedmont is known. The focus here is on balance: ripe orchard fruit framed by gentle texture and a crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Fermented in stainless steel to preserve brightness, the wine rests briefly on its lees for roundness and subtle weight. Aromas of green apple, white peach, and citrus blossom lead into a palate that’s clean and graceful, with notes of pear, almond, and crushed stone. The finish is long, saline, and quietly persistent.
