Marco Bonfante’s Barbaresco is a graceful expression of Nebbiolo — structured yet supple, aromatic yet grounded. It captures the classic hallmarks of the appellation: lifted perfume, fine tannins, and a long, savory finish that reveals itself slowly with air.
Fermented in stainless steel for freshness and aged in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and French barriques, the wine finds perfect harmony between fruit, tannin, and spice. Aromas of rose petal, cherry, and dried herbs unfold into subtle notes of leather and warm earth. The palate is silky and layered, with red fruit and fine-grained structure leading to a mineral-driven, elegant finish.
