We love this 'Chablis style' Chardonnay from Bruce Neyers.
The ‘304’ Chardonnay from Neyers Vineyards takes its name from the type of stainless steel that is used to make wine fermentation tanks. It’s the highest of the ‘Food Grade’ levels of stainless and gives this un-oaked Chardonnay it's fresh, crisp, and delicately layered flavors.
The vineyard for this bottling is planted on the rocky outcropping of a former creek bed that provides the finished wine with a lovely mineral component. Fresh, bright and crisp, this is a wine that is full of flavor, easy to drink, and goes well with almost everything.
