Grapes: Chardonnay & Pinot Noir
Dom Pérignon is vintage champagne only. Each vintage is a creation, singular and unique, that expresses both the character of the year, and the character of Dom Pérignon, and is only released after at least 8 years in the cellar.
The 2015 release is both luminous and layered, shaped by a warm, generous season balanced by the house’s trademark tension and precision.
The fruit is sourced from some of Champagne’s most revered crus, fermented in stainless steel, and aged for nearly seven years on lees before release. This long aging brings texture and depth while preserving the freshness that defines Dom Pérignon’s style. The result is a Champagne of extraordinary harmony — power held gracefully in check by energy and poise.
Aromas of white peach, toasted almond, and citrus peel lead into notes of brioche, spice, and crushed stone. The palate is expansive yet focused — creamy mousse, ripe fruit, and chalky minerality all unfolding in perfect sync. The finish is long, saline, and quietly regal. A Champagne for both the moment and the memory — radiant now, or over the next two decades.
