On the sun-lit hills above the Rhône, Domaine Maby blends tradition and terroir in its Lirac whites—fruit grown in ancient, stone-studded soils which soak up heat during the day and continue to radiate at night giving depth and body. Their “La Fermade” Blanc stands out for its bright fruit, minerality and directness, offering the freshness of the coast with the substance of the Southern Rhône.
After gentle pressing and cool fermentation (no oak), the wine is allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks to preserve clarity and energy. The result: white wine that feels textured yet lively, expressive yet refined.
Aromas of white peach, yellow plum and honeysuckle are followed by saline breezes and chalk-dust minerality. On the palate, this wine delivers vivid citrus, pear and light herb tones, finishing with crisp acidity and gentle persistence. Perfect for lighter grilled dishes, Mediterranean vegetable plates, or sipping as a bright aperitif.
