“Cymbal” is Long Shadows’ salute to clarity — a Sauvignon Blanc that strikes an engaging balance between expressive fruit and cool-climate freshness. The 2023 vintage unfolds with signature Washington energy: crisp, bright, and texturally inviting without ever feeling sharp.

Fermented primarily in stainless steel for purity, with a touch of lees contact for subtle texture, the wine showcases purity of fruit and site. The nose opens with lifted aromas of lime zest, white peach, and fresh cut herbs. On the palate, citrus and orchard fruit sit atop a backbone of brisk acidity and a fine mineral thread, finishing clean and vibrant with a hint of salinity.
