Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

From the modest hills of the northern Côte de Nuits, the Bouvier family crafts wines of clarity, honesty and quiet finesse. Their 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a hallmark of accessible Burgundy wine-making: lively, focused, and unmistakably expressive of its northern terroir.

After a gentle fermentation with a high proportion of whole clusters and ageing in large foudres, the wine emphasises freshness and natural tension over heavy extraction. 

In the glass, aromas of wild cherry, blackberry and dark plum merge with fresh herbal edges and wet stone. The palate is finely balanced — red and black fruit ripeness meets crisp acidity and polished tannins, finishing long with subtle spice and mineral lift. A wine made for enjoyment now, yet upright enough to age gracefully.
