Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak, a portion new, the 2020 shows the estate’s hallmark restraint — richness shaped by precision rather than power. The nose opens with blackberry, cassis, and dark plum, followed by cedar, graphite, and a whisper of dried sage. On the palate, the fruit is generous but lifted, framed by fine tannins and a lingering, savory finish.
