Founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon remains one of Champagne's great family-owned houses, with seven generations dedicated to making wines of remarkable elegance and finesse. While the house is famous for its prestigious cuvées, Inspiration 1818 offers a wonderfully approachable introduction to the Billecart-Salmon style. Named in honour of the year it all began, this is Champagne made for the simple pleasure of opening a very good bottle.
Bringing together Champagne's three classic grapes, the blend combines the generosity of Meunier, the structure of Pinot Noir and the freshness of Chardonnay. Reserve wines add depth and consistency, while time ageing in the cellar gives the Champagne a little extra complexity without losing its lively character.
Crisp apple, ripe pear and lemon meet delicate white flowers, toasted brioche and a touch of almond. There's a lovely creamy quality to the bubbles, balanced by bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Elegant, versatile and dangerously easy to enjoy, this is exactly the sort of Champagne we'd happily open on a Tuesday. Perfect with oysters, seafood, salty snacks or absolutely nothing at all.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
