“L’Unanime” is a Blanc de Blancs that leans into precision rather than showmanship, with clean lines, chalky structure, and a calm, assured sense of balance.
The wine opens with citrus peel, green apple, and white blossom, followed by subtle notes of almond skin and fresh bread. On the palate, the texture is fine and controlled: bright citrus and orchard fruit carried by a firm mineral spine. The mousse is delicate, the acidity quietly energizing, and the finish long, dry, and distinctly chalk-driven. Delicious.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
