Robert Moncuit is one of those grower Champagne producers that makes us particularly happy to have a well-stocked cellar. Based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the family has spent generations working with some of the finest Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Today, Pierre Amillet continues that tradition, producing Champagnes that capture the extraordinary character of this Grand Cru village without unnecessary fuss.
Réserve Perpétuelle takes a slightly different approach to the usual non-vintage Champagne. Rather than starting afresh with each harvest, a portion of wine is carried forward and blended with younger vintages, gradually building complexity over time, a process they've been doing since 2006. The Extra Brut dosage keeps sweetness firmly in the background, allowing the combination of youthful energy and mature character to shine.
Crisp lemon, green apple and pear meet toasted almond, a little brioche and delicate white flowers. There's a lovely contrast between the wine's creamy texture and its bright, chalky freshness, with fine bubbles carrying everything into a long, dry and gently savoury finish. A brilliant Champagne for oysters, scallops, grilled fish or simply a generous plate of chesese.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
