Behind Josep 1952 is a rich family history of artisan winemaking and organic viticulture. For generations, the Ventosa-Mañé family has passed down the tradition of winemaking with dedication to ecological and innovative processes to produce top quality D.O. Cava. This bottling has zero dosage (there is no sugar added after riddling) giving a dryer Cava with more defined acidity.
Aromas of white fruit, citrus and hints of brioche. Attractive, bright color and very fine bubbles. Tastes of juicy apple, pear, and pineapple with floral notes. Versatile with food and a delicious aperitif. Pairs with a range of meals from seafood, oysters, and pasta dishes like mushroom cream sauce, and spicy curry dishes.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
