Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel to preserve clarity and precision. A short period on fine lees builds subtle texture without softening the wine’s natural edge. Bottled with minimal intervention to maintain vibrancy and mineral focus. This is bright and structured; aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and crushed stone open into a palate of citrus, green apple, and saline minerality. There’s a pleasing weight at the mid-palate, carried by firm acidity and a clean, chalky finish.
