Peter Leipold, the young son who is taking over the family winery, simply has “the touch".
His Silvaner has quickly become a firm favorite, with a super-fine, glycerine-like density to them, yet then they are gone, weightless, beautifully aromatic with just the right level of acidity. Delicious as an aperitif, this will also stand up to and work with big seasonal poultry based meals.
