Grapes: 100% Glera
This Asolo Prosecco DOCG âCol Fondoâ (With Sediment) was born from the desire to rediscover and older technique in the production of Prosecco. From the selection of the grapes from their oldest vineyard and the maceration on skins for 18 hours, comes a base wine with strong personality and minerality. The wine is made following the Classic Method using in-bottle refermentation without dègorgement, the natural yeasts remaining in the bottle.
This is a pure expression of its terroir: a nose of flowers, yellow fruit and bread crust with a deep mineral sense in the palate. We recommend gently turning the bottle upside-down 2-3 times before uncorking.
