From Schiedam, a historic center of Dutch distilling, Bobby’s Gin brings a modern perspective rooted in family heritage. Inspired by the founder’s Indonesian grandfather, the recipe blends traditional Dutch jenever craftsmanship with a distinctive mix of Southeast Asian botanicals.
Distilled in small batches using a copper still, the base spirit is infused with a carefully balanced selection of botanicals, combining classic gin elements with aromatic spices. The process is designed to keep the profile clean and precise, allowing each component to show without overpowering the others.
Bright and aromatic, it opens with citrus zest and fresh herbs, followed by warming spice from clove and cubeb. The palate is crisp and structured, with a gentle peppery lift and a clean, dry finish. Ideal in a gin and tonic with citrus garnish, or in a fresh, spice-led cocktail.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
