This Asolo Prosecco DOCG ‘Col Fondo’ (With Sediment) was born from the desire to rediscover and older technique in the production of Prosecco. From the selection of the grapes from their oldest vineyard and the maceration on skins for 18 hours, comes a base wine with strong personality and minerality. The wine is made following the Classic Method using in-bottle refermentation without dègorgement, the natural yeasts remaining in the bottle.
This is a pure expression of its terroir: a nose of flowers, yellow fruit and bread crust with a deep mineral sense in the palate. We recommend gently turning the bottle upside-down 2-3 times before uncorking.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
